Question 1

How accurate is VendorsCert Vision AI, and can humans override or review flags?

Accepted Answer

VendorsCert's 100-Point ISO Scoring Vision AI extracts policy dates, limits, and attached ISO endorsement forms (CG 20 10, CG 20 37, CG 20 01, CG 24 04) in seconds, highlighting exact clauses for your compliance team. Every AI score includes side-by-side source PDF evidence and a 1-click administrative override with an immutable audit note.

Question 2

What happens when a subcontractor or insurance broker doesn't respond?

Accepted Answer

Renewal Scout automatically dispatches tokenized 1-click upload reminders at 45, 30, and 15 days prior to expiration via email and SMS directly to both the vendor and their insurance broker. Subcontractors and brokers upload for free with zero account login friction. Unresolved deficiencies trigger an Administrative Pay-App Hold Recommendation for your accounting team.

Question 3

Does VendorsCert work nationwide and across multiple industries?

Accepted Answer

Yes. VendorsCert's ACORD 25 and ISO endorsement engine operates across all 50 US states for General Contractors, Commercial Property Managers, Facilities Teams, Logistics, and Enterprise Procurement, with additional live API state licensing integrations for Washington L&I (RCW 18.27) and Oregon CCB (ORS 701).

Question 4

Who owns our compliance data, and what export options exist?

Accepted Answer

You retain 100% ownership of all uploaded certificates, vendor directories, and signed PactIQ envelopes. You can export 1-click compiled PDF Audit Packets for insurance carrier audits, CSV compliance ledgers, or SHA-256 tamper-evident PactIQ certificates at any time.
